2 Corinthians 13:11

“Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭13:11‬ ‭NIV‬‬

In every way that God works at transforming our hearts, including when he breaks us, God is attempting to build us up. We may not always see it as that way but in everything he does, he is continuing the process of our sanctification and seeking to bring us to the point of glorification, at which point we are brought to his completion through Christ Jesus. Therefore, when we interact with our fellow man, especially our fellow believers, we should seek to look at each other in the same way. We should seek to better each other and always attempt to strengthen one another in the faith. We should always be pushing each other towards Jesus and looking to love our brethren as Christ loved us. The word tells us to never be bitter or angry with our brothers and sisters, so before attempting to work with them in any situation we should always look to restore our relationships with one another so that there is no separation between us and we aren't distracted with conflicting thoughts about our brothers and sisters. It isn't until we are able to set all of our emotions and problems that we hold against one another aside that we are able to fully work together without hinderance. We also need to encourage one another throughout our walks, because although we may be in good seasons during our walks, our fellow saints may be struggling with their issues and if we truly care about their well being and love them as we should we should be encouraging them through their trials. And being that we are all serving the same lord, Jesus Christ, we should have the same mind when working together. If his spirit is really working in us, then what Christ wants to be accomplished will be accomplished through our hands, so we must just trust the Spirit’s guidance in us and trust that He is in those around us. And in everything we do, we should always be looking to help each other out of a loving and peaceful spirit, because if we aren't then our hearts won't be in the right place and sin could come creeping into our interactions and relationships. For my application I'm going to make an effort to encourage at least two of my teammates in whatever way the Spirit leads me.
